Wild Mushroom & Truffle Cooking Class

Learn the art of risotto making while enjoying a multi-course meal including a variety of wild mushrooms and fresh winter black and white truffles.

- hors d'oeuvres
- custom apron for each participant
- prepping, cooking, and enjoying a Multi-Course meal

Sauce Making Cooking Class

This evening will feature a hands-on demonstration of preparing the classic mother sauces. The evening will include a 5-course meal, each course incorporating the sauces made during the class, while enjoying a selection of our favorite wines.
